MARKETING
Sai has independent marketing teams of well –trained managers and medical representatives. The managers are well experienced when it comes to planning Marketing strategies and in-house training of Medical Representatives.
Our medical representatives are provided with company vehicles so that they can market our products throughout the country.
We are also very active in terms of promoting new products, i.e
• Organizing of Product launches to the relevant specialty
• Special prices & Bonus scheme
• Educative talks with the expert in the relevant medical field
• Availing the doctor with scientific journals, references, and periodicals
DISTRIBUTION
Sai has a well – connected distribution network in the whole of Kenya. There are 12 appointed distributors in Nairobi who supply to over 800 retail outlets throughout the country. In total Sai has 520 customers in the whole of Kenya.
Sai has contracted three reputable courier companies to dispatch upcountry goods ensuring that customers receive their goods within 24hrs.
Apart from the private market, Sai directly supplies to most of the government, Public & private Hospitals, Government and private Institutions through out Kenya. Direct supply ensures better services and better prices to these institutions.
